General Considerations
- Nominations shall be submitted through www.premiosensalud.org and only those that meet all documentation requirements by the established deadline will be considered. Nominations and documentation submitted out of the terms of this public call will not be accepted for consideration.
- Nominations may only be submitted either in Spanish or English languages.
- Posthumous nominations will not be accepted for consideration.
- The term for submitting nominations begins on August 1st, 2016 and ends on 31st October, 2016 with a deadline at 23:59 (Mexico City’s time). Any nominations submitted after deadline will be discarded.

- The Health Awards are granted solely on merit grounds, without discrimination of any kind as to race, sex, religion or political affiliation.
- Nominations must be accompanied by detailed and verifiable information justifying the nomination in terms of trajectory, research and/or projects performed, as well as its impact on the region.
